Angela Williams

Angela is a researcher at Felton Willis with a unique and international perspective. She skillfully utilizes creative problem solving to help uncover deeper levels of understanding within the research process. Angela’s passion is in connecting to the hearts and minds of customers.

Angela began her career at Northlich, Cincinnati’s largest advertising agency. For close to a decade she managed a number of accounts that involved new product launches, brand re-vitalization and sustaining campaigns in the consumer and business-to-business sector for clients like the H.J. Heinz Company and Procter & Gamble.

Since that time she has been leading and moderating research projects, working on both sides of the mirror with over 250 focus groups and IDIs to date.

Angela strives for flawless execution. From the research design through project management and final recommendations, she partners with her clients to ensure objectives and deliverables are met. She proactively seeks to understand the business environment and competitive landscape, developing a perspective that enables her to weigh responses and adapt to dynamics that arise in research.
